Old Florida Beach
Every visit to Old Florida Beach ends with Tiffany saying "can we stay just one more day?" Our home, aptly named, 'Just One More Day' is a 3500 sq ft, three story, beach home with 5 bedrooms,4 1/2 bathrooms with 4 large decks and balcony's just steps from the private beach and neighborhood pool. The home is furnished with upscale coastal-contemporary styling, high-end finishes, and an expansive living space! Old Florida Beach is a gated community with a 1/4 of a mile of private beach for only 70 residences and guests. Envision a SeaSide like neighborhood but gulf front and zero chaos. The shops and restaurants of 30 A are walking distance.
2 Kings, 2 Queens, and two bunk beds. Sleep 10 very comfortable! Great for 3 sets of Adults or more. Beach chairs, Grill on the porch, TV in all bedrooms, Every kitchen appliance and accessory a skilled cook could ask for.
